Do You Really Need A Separate Sponge For Pet Bowls?

I clean Laly’s food and water bowls with the same sponge I use to do dishes. You can squirm and think I’m gross but I don’t see anything wrong with it.  I started giving this some more thought after reading a post on Pawesome about new bone-shaped Cassabella Pet Bowl Sponges. While I’m not changing my ways any time soon, take the poll and tell me what you think.

you fail to mention that we have a dishwasher too. dishes only get rinsed with the same sponges — a whole different story 🙂

  2. If a sponge is clean enough for people dishes, then why not a dogs dish,…oooohh you mean it’s gross then to wash people dishes after a dogs dish…

Hasn’t anyone ever read that a dogs mouth is cleaner than a humans.
